Although the coronavirus put our shared commercial kitchen on hold for a few months, we are now moving quickly on this project and the boards of REDI and The Loop CID are looking forward to opening this new food incubator as soon as possible.
We’re excited to announce that we’ve hired Bryan Maness as our kitchen manager.
Bryan is a consummate restaurant industry professional with over 20 years of experience in kitchen management and new project launches. His experience includes bricks and mortar restaurants, mobile vending, catering, and food production, making him a valuable resource for a wide range of kitchen clients. Bryan also brings a set of talents that will be valuable in our shared kitchen, including proven success engaging with restaurateurs and local farmers and creating welcoming environments where all cooks can thrive.
And if you’re worried about how you’ll get your next biscuit fix, don’t be. Bryan is splitting his time between his own projects and our kitchen so everyone is happy!
